Due to its properties, manganese steel (Hadfield) is used in many industries. The well-known and popular methods of managing manganese steel include:

- elements of machines used for grinding glass and coal, e.g. ball mills,
- railway turnouts,

At RMC Polska, we sorts two grades of manganese steel depending on the chemical composition
- Manganese steel with the composition Mn min 11%, max 1% (charge 1000/500/200)
- Manganese steel with the composition Mn min 11%, min 1-2% (charge 1000/500/200)
