For some companies, this is a natural sales channel, especially when there is no demand for certain fractions in Europe or the demand is there, but the prices do not balance the costs of preparing the material.<\/p><p>Dotyczy to zw\u0142aszcza <a href=\"https:\/\/rmcpolska.pl\/en\/aluminium-purchase\/\">aluminium<\/a> zanieczyszczonego tworzywem, mieszanek aluminium z przerobu shredderowego (np. In the communication, the EC explicitly indicates that the aim is to collect data so that targeted trade measures can be implemented to support the availability of scrap to EU industry.<\/p><p>This means one thing for the market: more visibility and a greater willingness to regulate exports if the EC deems that there is too much scrap 'escaping'.<\/p><p>Aluminium is first in line - and as early as 2026<\/p><p>In November 2025, Commissioner Maro\u0161 \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d was straightforward in saying that the EC does not want to block exports completely, but to prepare a 'balanced' measure to limit aluminium scrap exports, which will be adopted in spring 2026.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4f93cf2 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4f93cf2\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8b2b6d2\" data-id=\"8b2b6d2\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-34a5f98 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"34a5f98\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Jak to wp\u0142ynie na eksporter\u00f3w w 2026?<\/strong><\/h2><p>In my view, three areas will be key:<\/p><p>1) Regulatory risk will start to be a real cost<\/p><p>If a tool such as fees\/levies, licences or additional requirements comes in - then a new element will appear in the calculation for the exporter.<\/p><p>In practice, this means:<\/p><ul><li>more careful purchases of contaminated aluminium,<\/li><li>greater role of contractual provisions (change in law \/ change in costs \/ deadlines).<\/li><\/ul><p>2) More market volatility<\/p><p>The announcement of regulations in practice may cause price changes in the market, especially for aluminium, which is exported outside the EU (Zorba, Al. foils, Al. caps contaminated with plastic, material from incineration plants and many others.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fd854b8 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fd854b8\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-382f996\" data-id=\"382f996\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57bd8bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"57bd8bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Jak to wp\u0142ynie na ceny z\u0142om\u00f3w i na rynek w Europie?<\/strong><\/h3><p>There is no one simple answer here, because it depends on the faction.
