Pour la m\u00e9thode de fusion traditionnelle (par exemple le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 au sulfate de cuivre), les \u00e9missions peuvent varier de 2 \u00e0 3,5 tonnes de CO2 par tonne de cuivre. En revanche, pour les technologies modernes telles que l'hydrom\u00e9tallurgie, les \u00e9missions peuvent \u00eatre plus faibles, de l'ordre de 0,5 \u00e0 2 tonnes de CO2 par tonne de cuivre.<\/li>\n<li><b>Diriger :<\/b> La production de plomb \u00e0 partir d'un gisement de minerai g\u00e9n\u00e8re entre 1,5 et 2,5 tonnes de CO2 par tonne de plomb.<\/li>\n<li><b>Zinc :<\/b> Les \u00e9missions de CO2 dans la production de zinc peuvent varier de 1,2 \u00e0 2,5 tonnes de CO2 par tonne de zinc, en fonction du processus utilis\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><b>Etain :<\/b> Les informations sur les \u00e9missions de CO2 dans la production d'\u00e9tain sont limit\u00e9es, mais on estime que les \u00e9missions de CO2 dans la production d'une tonne d'\u00e9tain se situent entre 0,5 et 1,5 tonne.<\/li>\n<li><b>Acier :<\/b> La production d'acier est un processus complexe qui implique plusieurs \u00e9tapes et technologies. Les \u00e9missions de CO2 lors de la production varient de 1,8 \u00e0 2,3 tonnes de CO2 par tonne d'acier. Toutefois, l'utilisation de technologies modernes, telles que la production d'acier utilisant l'hydrog\u00e8ne comme agent r\u00e9ducteur, peut r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/li>\n<li><b>Nickel :<\/b> Les \u00e9missions de CO2 dans la production de nickel \u00e0 l'aide de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s traditionnels, tels que le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Caron, sont de l'ordre de 15 \u00e0 35 tonnes de CO2 par tonne de nickel produite. Les \u00e9missions de CO2 peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9duites en utilisant des technologies \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone, en augmentant l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et en utilisant des sources d'\u00e9nergie renouvelables.<\/p>\n<h2>Recyclage des m\u00e9taux non ferreux<\/h2>\n<h3 align=\"justify\">Le recyclage des d\u00e9chets de m\u00e9taux non ferreux contribue \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction significative des \u00e9missions de CO2 par rapport \u00e0 la production de m\u00e9taux \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res vierges. Les chiffres exacts de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2 d\u00e9pendent d'un certain nombre de facteurs, tels que le type de m\u00e9tal, le processus de recyclage et la composition de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re.<\/h3>\n<p>Ci-dessous, des donn\u00e9es montrant les \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie et les r\u00e9ductions de CO2 li\u00e9es au recyclage de la ferraille :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Recyclage de l'aluminium :<\/b> La production d'aluminium \u00e0 partir d'aluminium secondaire peut entra\u00eener des \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie allant jusqu'\u00e0 95% par rapport \u00e0 la production \u00e0 partir de minerai de bauxite. Par cons\u00e9quent, les \u00e9missions de CO2 associ\u00e9es au recyclage de l'aluminium sont nettement inf\u00e9rieures.<\/li>\n<li><b>Recyclage du cuivre :<\/b> Le recyclage du cuivre permet de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie d'environ 85-90% par rapport \u00e0 la production \u00e0 partir du minerai de cuivre. Cette \u00e9conomie d'\u00e9nergie contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/li>\n<li><b>Recyclage du plomb :<\/b> Le recyclage du plomb permet de r\u00e9aliser d'importantes \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie. On estime que la production de plomb recycl\u00e9 permet d'\u00e9conomiser entre 60% et 75% d'\u00e9nergie par rapport \u00e0 la production de plomb \u00e0 partir de minerai de plomb.<\/li>\n<li><b>Recyclage du zinc :<\/b> Le recyclage du zinc peut entra\u00eener des \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie d'environ 60-75% par rapport \u00e0 la production \u00e0 partir du minerai de zinc. Il en r\u00e9sulte une r\u00e9duction significative des \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/li>\n<li><b>Recyclage de l'\u00e9tain :<\/b> Le recyclage de l'\u00e9tain permet de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie, m\u00eame si celles-ci ne sont pas aussi importantes que pour d'autres m\u00e9taux. On estime que le recyclage de l'\u00e9tain permet d'\u00e9conomiser entre 5% et 10% d'\u00e9nergie par rapport \u00e0 la production d'\u00e9tain \u00e0 partir du minerai d'\u00e9tain. N\u00e9anmoins, toute \u00e9conomie d'\u00e9nergie est importante pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/li>\n<li><b>Recyclage de l'acier :<\/b> Le recyclage de l'acier est tr\u00e8s efficace sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. La production d'acier recycl\u00e9 permet d'\u00e9conomiser entre 501 et 751 TTP3T d'\u00e9nergie par rapport \u00e0 la production d'acier \u00e0 partir de minerai de fer.<\/li>\n<li><b>Recyclage du nickel :<\/b> Le recyclage du nickel pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement des avantages sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. On estime que le recyclage du nickel permet d'\u00e9conomiser entre 40% et 75% d'\u00e9nergie par rapport \u00e0 la production de nickel \u00e0 partir du minerai.
