The valuation is based on the actual rhodium content of the material and its current market price. We also take into account the presence of other precious metals, the form of the material, and the costs of processing and recovery. In the case of thin rhodium coatings, whether we can purchase them depends on the quantity of metal and the cost-effectiveness of its recovery.
Non-homogeneous materials require appropriate preparation prior to testing. The method of homogenisation and sampling is selected according to the type of material in order to obtain a representative analysis result on which the settlement is based.
The prices quoted apply to orders from private customers. For larger quantities or business-to-business sales, the price is set on a case-by-case basis – it will be higher.
