Once the raw material has been delivered, we weigh it and check it.
The valuation is based on the actual palladium content of the material and its current market price. We also take into account the form of the material and the costs of processing it and recovering the metal.
Non-homogeneous materials require appropriate preparation prior to testing. Depending on their type, we use remelting or other methods of homogenisation and sampling. We analyse the material prepared in this way in our laboratory to obtain a representative result which forms the basis for invoicing.
The prices quoted apply to orders from private customers. For larger quantities or business-to-business sales, the price is set on a case-by-case basis – it will be higher.
