Solution

Upon termination of the contract, the user's right to use the Service shall immediately cease.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of your country, excluding conflict of law rules. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.

Settlement of disputes

In the event of any doubt or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For users from the European Union (EU)

If the User is a consumer from the European Union, he/she will benefit from all mandatory laws of the country in which he/she resides.

Separation and withdrawal

Separation

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be amended and interpreted to achieve the purposes of such provision to the fullest extent possible in accordance with applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Withdrawal

Except as set forth herein, the failure to exercise a right or perform an obligation under these Terms and Conditions shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, and a waiver of a breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Interpretation of the translation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our Service. You agree that in the event of a dispute, the original Polish text shall prevail.

Amendments to these Regulations

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or replace these Terms at any time. If the change is material, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after these changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
