Electronic waste (E-Waste) is the term used to describe all types of waste electrical/electronic equipment and appliances. Televisions, fax machines, computers (monitors and terminals), printers, video recorders, radios, mobile phones and cameras are just some of the items considered to be e-waste.

Some of the electronic scrap from these items may contain contaminants such as lead, calcium, beryllium and brominated flame retardants, so at RMC Polska we aim to keep all electronic waste out of landfill.

Precious metals are used in electronics because of their due to their excellent electrical conductivity properties, corrosion resistance and chemical stability. The most important precious metals used in electronics are: Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium.
